Directions

ADULTS and Teens: Begin with a loading dosage of 3 capsules twice daily for 30-45 days or as directed by a physician. For maintenance take 2-4 capsules daily or as directed by a physician.

CHILDREN:
<50 lbs: Take 2 capsules daily (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) for 30-45 days as a loading dosage and evaluate effectiveness. If you are not getting the desired results, you may increase the dosage to 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

>50 lbs: Take 4 capsules daily (two in the morning and two in the afternoon) for 30-45 days as a loading dosage. You are then able to reduce the dosage to 2 capsules daily (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) for maintenance.

SWALLOWING: If your child is having problems swallowing the pills, you can open them and put the contents in some yogurt, oatmeal, etc.
