Directions

Not for use in children. Adults take 2-4 capsules daily. Take Tricardia at least one hour before or after meals, other medicinals(except Buffer pH), or supplements. Note: Tricardia is not intended for long term use; it is suggested that a 30 day break be taken after every 90 days of usage.

For complete cleansing a three month program is advised. Below are the dosage instructions recommended:

Week 1: 1 capsule 3 times daily
Week 2: 2 capsules 3 times daily
Week 3: 3 capsules 3 times daily
Weeks 4-12: 4 capsules 3 times daily
